Family outreach & consent

Review what Elira answered on the phone

See what callers asked and what Elira said; confirm or correct it for next time.

Review the call

Open Answered by phone on AI Knowledge. It lists each question Elira answered on a finished school call, her answer, time, language, and callback number. Unreviewed answers come first. The hourly office digest lists up to ten new answers and links to this review.

Confirm or correct

Correct confirms what she said without teaching anything new. Fix the answer lets you enter the right answer. For charter schools, it teaches Elira for future questions. For private schools, it corrects this call record only; save a separate general FAQ to teach an answer for everyone. The recorded phone answer itself never becomes knowledge. A correction does not reach the caller: phone callers have not consented to a text reply. Call the number shown if they need the correction.

Review corrections promptly and call the family back if her original answer mattered.
